Weightlifting At 14..?

Hey, I’ve been interested in weightlifting and bodybuilding and training on and off since I was 13 so I am fully aware of the correct form. However I have an issue with the diet part of it, because I’m 14 I can’t exactly go out and buy a load of chicken breast rice and supplement and eat them 6 times a day. Can you recommend any good complex carbs and protein sources that I can simply pick up from ASDA (Or Wal-Mart if you’re not in the UK) and eat? I can get a 240g packet of cooked chicken, but that in a box with an ice pack lunch thing and eat that during the day. For carbs the only real option I have are nuts but they don’t have a whole lot. I could find some wholemeal bread but how much would I have to eat per meal and can you give me times to eat the meals. Secondly,does this sound like a good week workout plan (PS. I’m not skinny or particularly muscular, I’m stronger than the majority of people I know but cardio and actual sports wise I’m pretty rubbish)
Saturday- Bicep Curls (to fail), Concentration Curls (to fail) and Hammer Curls (to fail) and repeat 4 times.
Sunday- Complete rest (make YouTube videos etc)
Monday- Swim (45 min, leisure-moderate)
Tuesday- Barbell shoulder press (to fail). Standing Dumbell Press (to fail), Barbell Rows (To Fail) repeat 4 times
Wednesday- Swimming 45 minutes leisure-moderate)
Thursay- Bodyweight Squatsx8, Weighted Squats (to fail), Bodyweight Calf Raises (to fail), Weighted Calf Raises (to fail) – Repeat 3 times
(I usually have 12-15kg on the barbell and 7.5kg on the dumbells)

    I wouldn’t bother with weights at your age your too young and your bones will not be able to handle that use your own own body weight and do stregthening exercises like push ups crunches sit ups dips squats lunges lying leg raises lying leg curls cheers
