Opinions On These Lamps. Does This Have A Zen, Natural Look?

im redecorating, im going for the natural, zen type feeling. i have a lot of plants , natural wood furniture, a zen desktop garden type thing that has all rocks in, zen style pictures on the wall. bamboo plant pots for all my plants, etc, you get the idea.
anyway i need a new lamp and i was wondering if you think the lamp in the link below has that type of image and would fit with everything….considering its a wooden basehttp://www.argos.co.uk/static/Product/pa…http://direct.asda.com/ASDA-Pyramid-Wood…http://direct.asda.com/ASDA-Light-Wood-S…http://direct.asda.com/ASDA-Light-Wood-C…http://direct.asda.com/ASDA-Large-Square…

Do These Horse Treat Recipes Sound Safe?

Hi! I just found a bunch of recipes for homemade horse treats saved on my computer. I know I found them online… just can’t remember where, as it was a few years ago that I saved them! 🙂 Anyway, now I want to try making some. Will you tell me if these recipes sound safe, or if the ingredients are bad for horses?
1) SPECIALIZED SUGAR CUBES:
~ pour 1/2 cup of white sugar into a bowl
~ pour water into bowl until sugar has paste-like consistency
~ add finely grated carrots, pureed strawberries, or crushed peppermints. stir well.
~ get an ice cube tray and some mixture into each
~ leave to dry overnight, then carefully remove sugar cubes
2) CARROT COOKIES
~ grate five or six large carrots into a bowl
~ add two cups of white flour, 2 or 3 tables spoons of brown sugar, and 2 or 3 cups of dry oats. stir well
~ add 1/4 cup of water and around 1/2 a cup of molasses. add as much as needed until dough is thick and sticky. stir well
~ form dough into very small “cookie” shapes and put on cookie pan lined with parchment paper
~ bake at 350° until firm but not too hard
3) PEPPERMINT MUFFINS
~ mix 3 cups of flour, 3 cups of uncooked oats, 1 cup of brown sugar, 1 1/3 cup of water, 3/4 cup of molasses, and a bit of crushed peppermint in a bowl and mix well. add more water if needed.
~ scoop dough into mini muffin tins lined with muffin wrappers (not sure what they’re actually called, sorry!)
~ cook until they’re like a muffin, or a bit more firm, but not too hard
4) CAKE BALLS
~ mix 2 cups of flour, 1 cup of oats, 1/2 cup of brown sugar, and 1/4 cup of molasses, then slowly add water until doughy. stir well
~ add a bit of crushed peppermints and a very, very small scoop of smooth peanut butter. stir well
~ roll into small balls and cook at 350° until just barely firmer than cake consistency
~ coat very lightly in molasses
~ roll in brown sugar and crushed peppermint
4) CHRISTMAS COOKIES
~ mix 1 1/2 cups of flour and a pinch of salt
~ add 1/3 cup of vegetable oil and stir lightly
~ add 1/3 cup of sugar, 2 egg yolks, a small squirt of molasses, a very, very small scoop of smooth peanut butter, and 1 cup of ground oats. stir well.
~ shape into roll, then cool in fridge for two hours
~ preheat oven to 320° and cook each small cookie until solid and hard, but not so hard as to be impossible to break
Thank you all so much! 🙂

Where To Buy These Costume Parts?

So, I need to dress up as this guy – http://fc09.deviantart.net/fs45/f/2009/091/1/d/Illidan_Stormrage_by_sandara.jpg
I already have his swords and blindfold covered. I just need to find wings, horns, and wig. Do you have any idea where I could find his horns/hair/wings? His name is Illidan Stormrage. I’ve tried ebay and google shopping and I can’t find any of it.

What Kind Of Jordans Sneakers Are These?

Dont know how to link a photo so I will describe them best I canfor starters there are two dates. Im guessing range of production.6/13/07 and 9/7/07. The UPC is: 885259872666 I looked it up but no data…..maybe because of the age. OK. They are Black Suade with a “<" type symbol (not a nike symblol) sticed into the suade in black thread. Thelace loops (not holes) are hidden on the underside with the top 2 actually being holes with a silver metal bar about 3/4 an inch long separating them and lime green thread stitched around the bar and holes in a capsule shape and also stitched along the top of each side where the lace loops are. at the base where the laces go in the first holes is a lime green metal bar about an 1/8 inch wide and an inchl long with a rdge pattern to it.Jordan is printed in italic silver (not metal) at the top of the tongue.the toe has a strip of white patten leather with lime stitchingthen te sole which has a layer of black then one of white.the heel (back, notbottom) is whit patten leather with a ribbed heel tongue (i guess youd call it) with 11 vent holes with siver mesh and the number 23 in limewe green indentented in the patten leatherbelow that is a gthin ridged strip in silver (not metal) then the layerd sole, this time a layer of black and a clear yet slightly mirrired layer then the white. The jordan sillouette holding the basketball in the air is siler and actually made of metal. From the bottom the sole appears, starting at the toe, about 2 inches of white then green about a half inch wide on the insole flairing out to about a inch and a half and has circle s in the treads then the rest is white again all the way around the sides to the back with a sort of squat elongated "D" shpe in the center of the white in lime green with as black jordan sillouette in the center of that. The treads on all the white parts are a fine zigzag pattern wth tine stars a the veredge of toe and heel. The center green part containing the black sillouette is indented somewhat and smooth. OK that's it. ANYBODY? I'm hoping to sell these on eBay but want to get an idea how common or rare they are, or perrhaps a limited edition even. Dont think Ive ever seen the Jordan sillouette in actual metal before, but Im no expert. I almost forgot. These are regular sneakers not high tops. I put this question under sports basketball because the only other choice was. Style and fashion and the folks I think that could answer this wouldnt be looking there.
