Which Graphics Card Is Best For Me? (must Be Nvidia)?

I currently have the following setup:
AMD A10-5800k
7660D+6570 Dual Graphics
8GB RAM
500W PSU
However, I’m finding this isn’t really sufficient for my gaming needs.
I will have about £150 to spend very soon, and I’m trying to decide between getting a GTX 650ti (£85) or a GTX 650ti Boost (£130).
To be honest if I can completely max the graphics on a game like Skyrim, with a consistent frame rate above 30, I will be happy. I may buy something like Battlefield 3 in the future when it gets cheaper and I’d prefer to be able to play that on high graphics as well. I’m not really a hard-core gamer so I don’t want to have to spend more if I don’t need to.
Also, I’m worried that as I only have a PCI-E 2.0 slot, the performance will be hindered if I get a too powerful card.
Just for those who are interested, it must be Nvidia as I would like to use Project Shield in the future.
The two cards I was looking at were:

and

Many thanks,
I appreciate and value any input. 🙂

Bad Report Card Please Help?

Hi i’m in grade 9. Last semester I passed with a :
84% in math
75% in music
79% in gym
81% in science.
My parents were really mad about those grades because I said that i would do really well this year (everything above 80%) and I had to convince them to not ground me again for a month. They said ok but my next report card (which is this friday!) must be good or else I am in serious trouble (my parents are SERIOUSLY strict and they’re asians. Even though its stereotypical, its actually true how strict and ABUSIVE asians can get! Anyway, the report card marks are due this monday and the cards are being delivered this friday! I only know 2 out of 4 of my marks:
75% in business (class avg is 72%)
92% in geography
I don’t know what i have in English but i think 72-75%
and in french Its probably in the high 60’s (68+) Im TERRIBLE in french and my parents don’t understand and they force me to take it for my next 3 years as electives! They think im “destined” to be good at french and they keep saying that im going to need to be SUPER fluent in french in order to get a job. BULL.
Anyway, im seriously scared about all the yelling and punishments i’m going to get. Most of this reason is because my parents think that my sister is some GOD at school and that she sets the expectations wayy above me and thats because she got easy teachers back in grade 9 (she even admitted it! but my parents don’t care). Im mostly pissed off at the fact that back in christmas, My sister got a $1200 camera set, and i got $100 and it went straight to the bank, not even a minute to spend my cash! My dad, sensing that i was sad, told me “If you behave until your birthday (april 13) you will get a awesome gaming computer”. When my birthday arrived, i got a $20 game. Thats it. My dad then told me that maybe instead of getting a gaming PC, he will just give me HIS 5 year old computer that runs modern games… ON LOW! He then told me that maybe i might just get an ipad because he thinks that all the newest games are gonna be on tablet and how the tablet is the console of the future! Well, if I try to tell him no, he gets mad so sadly, i say OK about getting an ipad. He then says that he will wait until the ipad gets a $40 price drop. Seriously? he is one of the cheapest people i know, and that means alot. Anyway, I’m unbelievably scared about this Friday. What should i do?

Paypal Issue? Same Card Different Options?

I used to have two bank accounts on paypal – one was an old one and one was my primary one, a natwest visa debit. Anyway I just bought something on eBay and when I went to pay, I didn’t recognise the card number, and so sometimes they automatically set me up to pay on my old account, so I used the drop down menu to select my main account. Then after I went to paypal and deleted the old account. Any who, the transaction showed up as a credit card transaction and I don’t even have a credit card. Turns out it was my main account all along and what I did was switch from a back transaction to a credit card/debit one. So now I’m confused? Will it be charged as normal?
