    Put it on 350 degrees for about 20 minutes, then turn it up to 400 degrees and it will cook fine just make sure its cooked all the way cut a little piece and see if it still has blood on it

    Yes you can. Just make sure that the meat is cooked all the way through.

    If it has directions, follow them. Whole chicken breasts usually cook easier when thawed. Trying to cook them straight from frozen can cause them to be uncooked in the middle, even if they look perfectly done on the outside. Just set them in the fridge the night before you want to use them, in marinade if you wish. Sausage patties might fall apart if you let them thaw; some are designed to be cooked just out of the freezer. Whole sausages may need thawing. The only way to absolutely be sure is to use a thermometer. Digital ones measure pretty fast.

    Yes you can let it cook slowly like in a crock pot or you can simmer in low heat in a pot with a lid slightly open, over the stove until the chicken and sausage cooked through *

    For the chicken you can cook from frozen and if you read the package I think you will see they actually recommend them to be cooked from frozen and the times and temperatures, but I would bake them at 180C for about 30 minutes. You can cook sausages from frozen also, but I prefer to thaw them first if I am going to bake or fry as you will get a rather thick skin and are prone to burning. If you are going to boil them do it in a pot and as soon as the pot steams whip of the heat and reduce the heat to a simmer. Overboil and the skin will split and if left too long the whole thing will turn inside out Dune

    A thin piece of protein that has been frozen and not thawed can cook quite well. Add liquid to cooking agent – about half a cup. Place protein/vegs. 🙂 Now cover w foil. Pre heat oven to 450 and cook until done. Allow for perhaps five to ten mins extra.
